Master Chef Nobu Matsushia and his business Partner Robert De Niro deliver amazing Japanese fusion at Nobu Tokyo. If you have never been to one of the Nobu or Matsushia restaurants I highly recommend it. They now have restaurants in Tokyo, New York, London, Las Vegas, Malibu, Milan, Miami, Dallas, Bahamas, Hong Kong, Honolulu, Melbourne, San Deigo, Hollywood, Dubai, Cape Town, Mexico City and Moscow so you have no excuse not to be able to get to one.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Tokyo and last night I had the pleasure of bringing a couple of colleagues there to thank them for all of their help this year. This is a tradition we started last year and I hope it continues long into the future. I went with my wife and her previous boss last year and Nobu happened to be there and sat down with us for a few minutes. He is a great guy. The band Nickleback was also dining there that night.
Nobu Tokyo is a visually very stunning restaurant. They really did a good job with the new Nobu.

I can vouch for Nobu’s in Honolulu! It was a memorable night as we let our waiter “Osusume ” our evening delights! An exotic menu with ingredients blended that one would not traditionally think of but were exceptionally good! Friendly and knowledgeable staff made for a wonderful evening! Can’t wait to visit Hawaii again on vacation with the family! Cheers!
