Boston Photo Walk – Part 1

Thanks to everyone who weathered the threat of Hurricane Irene and made it out for the photo walk.   I hope everyone had a good time.   I will plan to do one of these when I am in NYC in October and next time I am in Boston.  If there is enough demand perhaps we can do a Tokyo one as well.   Leave a comment below to let me know if you are interested.   I like the idea of bringing together like minded people.   John Correa joined the photo walk and left us with this great video to capture the day.   Thanks John!

Now onto the shots from the 1st half of the photo walk…We started the walk around Fenway Park capturing the action and atmosphere before the game.

Today’s Configuration: Leica M9 with a Noctilux 50mm f/0.95, Summilux 35mm f/1.4 and FujiFilmx100.

Rocco – It’s all in the sensor and the glass… It’s not a SLR so no need for room for the mirror system.

Great photos Dave. Just wondering if you have any of those in color? I’m interested in seeing the ones with the peanut cart and the firetruck. :)

How do such small cameras take such great pictures!? :)
I need to try rent a Leica… if I could get anywhere halfway close to where you are at… I’d throw out tons of gear (well not really, I do love my Nikon :) )
