After Kandahar Street the other day, Charles and I walked down to Clarke Quay to see what was happening.    I have only been here early in the morning for a run or in the evening so it was nice to see in the afternoon.

This little kid was great.  He was soaking wet and didn't have a care in the world.    His primary concern was keeping the water in the ground.   I sometimes envy the carefree view kids have.
