Mar 8 Shimbashi

I walked about Shiodome City Center near Shimbashi Station the other day. I actually haven't spent much time in that area and really enjoyed it. I am making it a point to venture out a little more from my usual paths and this was a good start.

Welcome (?) to Shiodome City Center, DO NOT do these 13 (thirteen) things...hmm OK.

After walking around for a few minutes I started to get the feeling that the guy who puts up the 'no this/that' signs was clearly going unchecked...as these signs were everywhere.

As I walked back to Shimbashi Station I passed this guy. I am not sure the story so if you know, please leave a comment but people were passing by and rubbing his belly, maybe just because he has one...
