Starting Early
I have been to the office pretty early so far this year. I tend to be a pretty early arriver to the office. Usually I just jump right into replying to emails and getting started on my day. I have decided to spend the first hour of my day focused on finishing something in my personal life that I am working towards. Maybe it's writing a blog post, reading a few articles, working out, or studying something. Typically I tend to schedule these things at the end of the day and as life and a busy day takes over they ultimately get push aside to more pressing things. Starting early in my day on these is helping me to complete the things I need to get done. The pressing things haven't surfaced yet first thing in the morning. What I am finding by scheduling these thing earlier in the day I can typically get focused and finish them. I am also time constrained as I need to start work so I move much more efficiently. In the evening it is easier to get distracted or to procrastinate.
Plus getting in early this time of year gives me this beautiful view out the window.

I went and saw Taken 3 this weekend. I read the reviews and sort of knew what to expect. The movie was pretty predictable but still enjoyable none the less.
I headed out to catch up with my friend Jeremy for a bit of shooting and chatting today...
The scale of Tokyo's train and subway system's still amaze me after all these years...
This reminded me of seeing a World Cup Game in Tokyo many years ago. Growing up in America soccer as a professional sport wasn't nearly as popular as it is today so I was a bit surprised how much fun the games were.
Today was Coming of Age day so Shibuya has lots of girls in Kimono's coming from various celebrations. Last year I held a photowalk but this year I decided just to head out alone and then invited Jeremy along.
There are so many beautiful cars in Tokyo. This Aston Martin Vantage is certainly one of them...
This guy has a fashion I just can't pull off...
Shooting was fun but a busy week ahead so time to head home.
Thanks for stopping by today...
