Wide Angle Friday
Another day shooting with my Leica M9 and Summilux-M 21mm f/1.4. I picked up some additional confidence shooting with this today. I am glad I am 'forcing' myself to shooting a specific lens for a week. I feel I am beginning to understand how to view the world with this lens and what shots and angles work best. I didn't have a lot of time to shoot today, only just a quick walk during a break . My Starbucks is starting to light up again as concerns for blackouts in Tokyo cool off.
The new McDonald's Idaho Burger...part of the 'Big America' campaign.
I love that Tokyo is getting more 'no smoking' zones.
This cat was cheering people on to donate to the earthquake victims. There were so many groups out collecting it was a bit comical listening to all of them yell 'yoroshiku onegaishimasu!'
This was the cutiest saw horse end I have ever seen...
Many women out in Kimonos to celebrate graduation from various schools.
They Shinjuku Eye was darken to save power...
Found a crowd of pigeons hanging out in front of the wanted posters....strange.
Windows in my building remain damaged from the earthquake but we made it a day without aftershocks...
Looking forward to see what tomorrow brings...
