Exploring Tokyo
I resist playing video games as I know with my personality I will become obsessive about the game and spend far too much time on it. I have been trying to get/stay in shape lately and I found the perfect game to help me to that. It's a Google Game called Ingress. It's a mobile game in the sense you need to be mobile to play the game. You need to get out and explore the city you live in. Being true to form I started play and excessively played the game The upside is I got to explore a lot of Tokyo I haven't seen in a while but I also walked 33 kilometers this week. Thats just over 20 miles! If you are looking to get in shape I highly suggest you check out the game. It's extremely addictive and good for your health. Not a lot of video games can say that...

In the game Ingress you need to find portals where are all over the world and in Tokyo many temples, shrines and other locations you can easily find are portals.
I need to get in the parking space business. They charge $15 a hour per space!
I forgot to pack extra business cards for my trip to NYC so Saturday morning I headed back to the office around 8AM.
There was a guy who was recovering from the night before still sleeping in one of the chairs. I have a super understanding wife but I can't imagine the conversation he will be having when he finally gets home. I think my wife would not be understanding in a situation like this. I can't believe the station staff don't wake it him. Sometimes you see people even take their shoes off and make a pillow from their briefcase. Sadly this is all too often of an occurrence in Tokyo...
Clearly Yoda assisted with writing this sign.
Now this parking lots seems like like of a good idea. They have about 10 spaces they are charing 500 yen for so at 100% occupancy they make 5,000 yen or $50. They have two employees working the both. You have to assume they make $20 a hour or so fully burdened. Time for some automation and if you tear down this building you can probably fit two more spaces in raising it to $60 a hour.
I'm at the airport now on my way to NYC! I have a few days of work to do and then have a few days to myself for some shopping and photography. I can't wait!
