Drive Tokyo

I spent a lot of time in airports and thus a lot of time in Duty Free shopping.  Occasionally I buy something on impulse.  Yesterday was one of those days... I had about an hour before my flight and I was checking out the electronics and spent about 20 minutes watching the GoPro videos.  I thought it would be a fun toy to capture some of my travels and capture some time lapse videos with.   I thought for a while and then decided to head for my gate.  On my way I passed another shop selling the GoPro cameras and long story short...I strapped a GoPro on my Audi A5 this afternoon and went for a drive.

It was a lot of fun.   I also think people are surprised how green Tokyo really is.  It is easy to be mislead by all of the movies as they typically show Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ginza but there is so much more to Tokyo.  I am curious to see what I can create with this.

When I stopped to adjust the camera someone said 'Cool it's Google Street View'.   I just smiled and said 'Yes we all drive Audi around the world...'.
