Kamakura in Monochrom
I headed off yesterday with my friend David to catch Kamakura in Monochrom. It was a cold and windy day and the streets were packed with people on holidays but we managed to find a few quiet streets to roam around. A knitting school - validated by Japan Vogue! I didn't even know that Japan Vogue was validating knitting schools...
Today's configuration: Leica M Monochrom, Summicron 50mm f/2.0 with a yellow filter.
Do not drink the dragon water...
Here be dragons
Crossing the line...
Watch for falling rocks...
Simple, Folky and relaxin'...
Meet David...
The stairs to no where...
The seaside wind was a bit too much so we headed back to Tokyo and shot around Shibuya...
Hachiko...
I would totally wear that hat...
David kept trying to seduce me with his Mamiya 645... I think I have enough cameras now.
I also shot a roll of Ektar 100, Portra 160 and Ilford 3200! I am dropping them off for development this morning so look for some more Kamakura images coming up over the next week.
Thanks for stopping by today...
