Ohanami in Kinuta Park
Today was a bit of mixed weather with the threat of rain. Mayumi and I headed to Kinuta Park to meet some of my coworkers for Ohanami. It started to rain as we left but thankfully it wasn't raining when we got to the park. I found a drive through Starbucks in Tokyo. What a brilliant idea! I like coffee. I like driving. Perfect! For those in Tokyo its right next to Kinuta Park on Kampachi Dori...
Today’s configuration: Hasselblad 501cm with a Carl Zeiss Planar 80mm shot on Portra 400.
Kinuta Park is massive. It is 96 acres. It used to be an 18 hole golf course...
This is where I wish I had a wide angle lens for my Hasselblad. I might get need to pick one up...
This park is beautiful to walk around...
It turned out to be the perfect day for Ohanami.
My coworkers! A very fun group...
Random neighbors at the Ohanami...
With my beautiful wife Mayumi...
The man in the distance was playing the saxophone. It was very pleasant to listen to.
I love this season. It will be sad to see it go this weekend...
...but the tulips will be in blooms zoom.
I've noticed another up and coming trend...
Thanks for stopping by today...
