ShutterBug's blog of the month: Dave Powell's ShootTokyo
Each month ShutterBug magazine highlights the best of the web via 'Web Profiles' written by author and photographer Joe Farace. I subscribe on my iPad and it is my favorite section to read each month. I find it an invaluable resource to find new websites to add to my blogroll. I was very humbled when I found out ShootTokyo was selected for ShutterBug's blog of the month!
If you don't know Joe, he has published 39 books on photography and more than 2,000 magazine stories. Joe knows photography. You can check out his blog HERE.
I have been fortunate enough to get my images published on Boston.com, Yahoo, CNN and BBC's websites. I have also had some regional profiles in Metropolis Magazine, Tokyo American Club's Intouch and on Majirox News but never with a publication with this reach and audience.
