Day 296
A lot of people might not realize but ShootTokyo was born out of my resistance to start a 365 Project. I saw a lot of people doing them and it was really helping them improve their photography. While I loved the outcome I couldn't stop thinking to myself who has time for that? Not me...so I figured I would start a blog instead. Yes, I heard what I just said. Don't ask me what my logic was at the time. I quickly realized that for a blog to be successful you needed to always be refreshing content and what a better way than shooting everyday... That was November 28th 2010 and today is Day 296 of my unintended 365 Project. If you want to transform your photography I suggest you do a 365 project...
Today’s Configuration: Leica M9 a Noctilux 50mm f/0.95 and a Summilux 21mm f/1.4.
I passed ABC Cooking today in Yokohama. It is a cooking school with glass walls...lots of pressure.
Mayumi and I went for a some Sushi... Yum!
I went back to Popeye Camera to drop off some pictures to be developed. I really like this place. The printing is great and the staff is really friendly...
McDonald's must be a tremendous amount of thought into their
Standing BaR?
The #4 train to Bokehville...
Since I had some time to kill why the photos were printing... I decided to continue with my train line exploring to Denenchofu this time...
Here is a great example of something I learn from daily shooting. Focus Point. Last year I probably would have shot the picture like this...
but my shifting my focus point inside the train I think it makes a much more interesting picture.
Denenchofu was very nice... all very highend. Lots of nice shops.
I saw this girl as she was entering the station with her Boarder Collie. That suitcase is actually a carrier for her dog so she can bring it on the train. It was really funny. She unzipped it and he hopped right in.
Back in lively Jiyugaoka...
Apparently we have a Glass Art (read: bong) Shop...
Halloween is coming...
