Some Mamiya 645 Shots
I was going through my 'working' folder in Lightroom and found some Mamiya 645 shots from a walk I took during a walk in Jiyugaoka and Shibuya. I actually have a bunch of shots in there from my last trip to San Francisco, a series on cones and a shots I have been doing with my 90mm lens. I haven't shot much with my 90mm lens but I have been trying it out on the street lately. I do like the compression you get with shooting with a longer lens. I'll post some of those up once I have captured a few more.
I am continuing to shoot with my Mamiya 645 from time to time. My focusing can be spotting at times but I'll get the hang of it sooner or later.
Today's configuration: TMAX 400 shot on a Mamiya 645
Whenever I walk to Starbacks I cut through this shrine and I always see this kids ride. I would have loved this as a kid.
Alone in a crowd. It looks like Apple is in the news again..
There is always some kind of protest going on in Shibuya. This one was something to do with Okinawa independence. I didn't even realize this was a topic of debate. This guy's sign says something like 'people who say Okinawa should be independent is a Chinese spy.' Hmmm...
Other fun ones I have encountered over the years:
Returning the Emperor as the supreme power in Japan
Anti Nuclear Protests across Tokyo demanding the shutdown of the remaining Nuclear reactors
This one I completely blew the focus...
...and there was a 'No Smoking' protest. Interesting costume choice for this older guy. I hate when I am walking behind someone on the streets and I get a huge puff of smoke in my face. It is very unpleasant.
Cute random puppy...
Thanks for stopping by today...
