Jan 25 Uma's Birthday

I was asked by a friend and coworker to photograph her birthday. It was a lot of fun and we raised money for Child Watch Phuket, a great organization that protects at risk children. If you didn't get a chance to donate or wanted to donate more, there is still a chance to donate here. If you weren't invited but donate Uma might invite you next year! I don't envy Event Photographers. It is exhausting to be on the move for hours like that and nearly impossible to hold your camera, off camera flash and beer at the same time! I brought my Leica and was able to put the flash away for some of the shots and still have a hand free for the beer. Thank God for German Engineering! I took a ton of photos and I will be posting the remainder of them in a password protected online gallery next week and will distribute to those at the party.
