A walk in Nakameguro
I just got a hand full of rolls of film back from the lab. I still love the surprise I get remembering photos I forgot I had taken as I am looking through my developed rolls. This is really the enjoyable part of photography for me. I have also recently stumbled upon a few photography sites that I have really enjoyed and added to my Blogroll: Dear Photograph: This is a very simple concept but a great site. People bring a photo from the past to a scene in the present. It is hard to not feel nostalgic about some of these photos.
Vivian Maier: Was an American caregiver who lived in New York City in 1951 and spent her free time shooting the streets of the Big Apple. She left behind more than 100,000 negatives when she passed which were discovered at a thrift store in 2007. Her work is simply amazing. There was a Kickstarter Project to fund creating a documentary 'Finding Vivian Maier'. It will well worth your time to review some of her work. I ordered her book.

I swung by The Impossible Project. I love these cameras but they are way too expensive in Tokyo...
Now this car is bad ass... I could see me cruising around Tokyo in this.

Meguro River... just a few more weeks and Cherry Blossoms will be everywhere! Unfortunately there will be more people than Cherry Blossoms along the river as well...
