Shinjuku Electronics
What a long couple of days this week... I went for a walk last night after finishing my work and some blogging... Today’s Configuration: Leica M9 with a Summilux 21mm f/1.4 and Noctilux 50mm f/0.95.
今日のカメラ:私のライカM9をつかいます。レンズはSummilux 21mm f/1.4とNoctilux 50mm f/0.95。
I stopped off at the local Irish Pub for a pint...or two.
After a long day at the office today I had to kill a little time before jumping in my car to commute home as I had to time it with a conference call I was doing so I went for a walk... I passed the Friendly Airport Bus... Everyone thinks I am being sarcastic when they ask me how to get into Tokyo from the airport and I say 'Take the friendly bus...".
I was craving for some fast food for lunch today...but I went the healthy route.
...but I was very happy to see that the iCon Chicken Sandwich is still around. This thing is good. Suggest you pick one up while they carry it...
I walked through the electronics district in Shinjuku... oh the money I have spent in these alleys...
Yodobashi...6 floors of anything you ever wanted in photography equipment.
This is the map of all of their different Yodobashi Buildings!!
I was so shocked to see a Lemon Camera. This is a very famous camera shop in Ginza... I can't believe I never realized they opened a shop in Shinjuku.
Such a dangerous place for me financially...
There is another flag ship store opening up in Shinjuku for Labi as well... You would think there won't be a need for another 6, 8 or 10 story building full of electronics...but you would be wrong. I hope they all start a price war focused on Apple and Leica products...
There were people everywhere reading flyers for what is going on sale tomorrow when it opens...
Me in the mirror...
I came across this great dog who was happy to pose for me..
He was very cute...
I love that Japan is no smoking in so many places now... When I first moved here almost every office lobby was the smoking area...you could even smoke in some offices!
I passed the time so I grabbed a coffee and jumped in my car for the ride home...
