Koenji in Tokyo

Off for a bit of shooting around Tokyo...I passed some of these 'Protest Vans' on the way to the train station.   Tokyo has no noise ordinance laws so often of forces of the Right use these trucks to broadcast their message.   I bumped into their face off with the Tokyo Riot Police on Constitution Day earlier this year.    You can read about it HERE.

Everything has a mascot in Tokyo... I wonder if I need a mascot for ShootTokyo.  What do you think?

I meant to get off for some shooting in Kichijohi...unfortunately I got off in Koenji.   I am horrible on the trains sometimes but I haven't explored Koenji before so it was a good opportunity.

I am always tripping over bikes in Tokyo so it was refreshing to see this...

It was nice to get to walk around Koenji.  I passed this girl while walking back towards the station.    She made the trip completely worthwhile.   What style and confidence.  I am glad she was kind enough to stop and pose for a shot.
