Monday in Shinjuku
At work Monday in Shinjuku I skipped lunch today and went for a quick walk. It is sad to see the empty Tokyo Kaiten Sushi!... I hope they re-open. It is the unfortunately impact of the earthquake that rocked Japan just a few weeks ago. Note: All shots were hand held with my Leica M9 and Noctilux f/0.95. All shots at .95, iso 160 and varying shutter speeds.
What a neat building to see down the alley....
This is one of the 'noisy' cars that I mentioned yesterday...
Cool bike handle...
Finally I found the 'Bike Police'...here to enforce the bike parking laws of Tokyo! Now I can see why we have Bike Parking issues everywhere in Tokyo.
Wait! He seems to simply be straightening them...
and putting this cute little ribbon that says 'please don't park here'...ugh no wonder there are bikes everywhere.
Spring!
The rapid train to Tokyo Station...
Interesting...
I love the flower shops in Tokyo.
Yum...
What a work environment....
Thai Boxing Noodles...
Yum!
Bokeh!
Graffiti next to McDonald's...too funny.
I love the contrast in Dark Shibuya...
My final shot for the day.... I really like this one.
Thanks for stopping by today...
