Shinjuku
Catching up on some shots from a trip to Shinjuku a few weeks back. It is one of my favorite places to shoot. The area in and around the station is a perfect place to capture true Tokyo. I love now that I am shooting film that I have a backlog of images to post here. And I love that its non-smoking everywhere now in Japan...keep it going!
A very red bike...
Walking through Yakitori Alley looking for subjects... I have walked this alley many times. I could shoot an entire series in this alley alone.
Found...
I swung by one of my favorite stores... Zenga.
I exited just in time for magic hour...
If anyone is looking for the 'stuff'...I left it in #156.
I love the names of things in Japan...
Me in the mirror...
But wait... the hunter becomes the prey!
Faceoff!
I swung by Softmap to sell an old PC. I love that Japan has such a good 2nd hand market for selling used goods...
...but I can't stand that people can stand with megaphones yelling to you what they are selling. Tokyo needs a noise ordinance law.
...but at least he is very friendly.
Shinjuku Station...
Love on the Yamanote Line...
Thanks for stopping by today...
